☀️The girl behind the sunshine… ☀️

I’ve been a massage therapist for over 13 years now! It’s been a career that has brought me so much fulfillment. I love that I’m always learning and growing with it. I love being able to help people with their pain, or to just be their time to relax and focus on themselves. I love getting to hear the life stories of my clients and building connections. I love that people look forward to seeing me, and are always so thankful for the time spent in my office.

I love that it gives me flexibility with my family which is so important to me. Being a working mom of two, very active in my daughter’s highland dance group, running kids to activities, and then moving to the Turtleford area to be a part of my boyfriend’s farm life and family, life can get very busy sometimes! Why not start a new business too, right? Life can be amazingly chaotic, and I am absolutely beyond happy with where things are at right now!

It’s not all about work though, I try to find time for the other things that bring me joy! I always make time for my family and friends! I love having time to read books, try new recipes, ride my horse, hang out with my dogs and spend time outside as much as I can! I almost always have concert tickets booked, I really enjoy the energy in live music. Playing sports and being active always feels good! Traveling and seeing new places I find exciting, my latest big adventure is Bali, Indonesia! I was given the opportunity to join in on a women’s retreat with an amazing group of ladies, which I am so grateful for!

Taking care of so many people all the time, it’s important to take care of yourself too! I always like to have something planned that I’m looking forward to!

With opening this new clinic, I am looking forward to meeting some new clients in Turtleford, and getting to know more people in my new community!

To all my Battleford area clients, I am not leaving you, I am just slowing down a bit there to give some space to this new venture!!
